As long as Guests can access your parking space, the answer is yes! However, you will not be able to activate your listing until you’ve spoken with a member of our Customer Care Team and confirmed the accessibility of your space. Clear and detailed access instructions must be provided to your Guest prior to their arrival. The easiest way to do this is in the Parking Instructions portion of your listing (only visible to Guests with approved reservations), but you can also provide more information by messaging your Guests through the app before they arrive.
Note: By default, Pavemint Guests are allowed to come in and out during their reservation as they please. If, because your space is gated, you can’t accommodate ins and outs, you must explicitly say so in your Listing Details. We also recommend sending a message to any Guest to make sure they are aware of these requirements.

I have a gated garage, but can leave the door opener in a lock box. What happens if a guest doesn't return the opener? What happens of a guest clones the opener, and returns to park in my space without a reservation, ie. without permission?
Hey John! Due to the very reasons that you laid out here, we don't advise giving guests access to your opener. Unless you have someone on site who can open the gate for all reservations or have capability to remotely open your gate we unfortunately have to advise that you don't list your space with Pavemint... yet. We're currently working on a low-maintenance solution for gated spaces that will potentially make your hosting experience with us easier and safer. But for now, we certainly agree with your concerns, and therefore do not recommend listing your space at the moment.
EDIT: We have updated this article to redact the option for hosts to leave a key in the lock box.
