Some Pavemint listings are on gated properties. It is the responsibility of the Host to include this information in their Listing Details. To find out if a listing is gated, simply look for the “Gated” icon under the Listing Details before you reserve, or in your Reservation Details if you have already reserved. Within your Reservation Details, you will find your Parking Instructions, which should include details from the Host about how to access the space. Instructions may include an access code to open the gate or you may need to show your reservation receipt to an on-site attendant. The Host may also reach out to you through the in-app messaging system to give you additional instructions. If you are not an app user, you will receive this message as an email that will link you to the messaging page on the web app. In the rare case that the Host has not provided any additional information, please send them a message through the app or website and contact Customer Care. If you are unable to reach the Host, our Customer Care Team will work with you to find a new space as quickly as possible.
