You can send your Host a message through the reservation page here: https://pavemint.app.link/reservations. You’ll need to be logged in to your account in order to access this.

If the Host doesn’t respond promptly, you can contact Customer Care via the Help button in the app or through the website: https://app.pavemint.com/search. Look for the “Help” badge floating in the lower right corner of the screen. Members of our Customer Care Team are available immediately via chat seven days a week between 9:00 AM and 3:00 AM PST. If you’re experiencing a problem outside of those hours, someone from our team will respond as quickly as possible.
